PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Coach Chris requests that swim team members attend practice a minimum of 3 days per week, but would like to see daily attendance if possible.
3:45 – 4:30 pm ages 10 & under
4:30 – 5:30 pm ages 11 & 13
5:30 – 6:30 pm ages 14 & over
All ages please bring sneakers, swimsuits and towels.
SWIM Regular Season Morning Practice: begins Friday, June 16, practices held Monday-Friday
**Changes may be made to an athlete’s practice assignment based on coach’s discretion/skill level.**
8:00 – 9:15 am ages 14 & over
9:15 – 10:15 am ages 11 – 13
10:15 – 11:15 am ages 10 & under (Will be adjusted for younger swimmers to 11 as appropriate. We will share more details as we near our regular season practice date.)
SWIM Regular Season Afternoon Practices: Only for those swimmers UNABLE to attend morning practices for the full week; please email Coach Chris. There will be a Google form to let us know that you are attending these practices.

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 5:30 – 6:30 pm all ages
Tuesday, July 25 added before Champs
DIVE After School Practice:
